Get fit with this challenging water workout with a temperature-controlled swimming pool. Sixty minutes of jogging, kicking and jumping to burn off fat and build strength and aerobic capacity. Did you know that an aerobic water exercise of around 30 minutes can help you burn about 300 calories? And, multi-directional resistance as is an excellent rehabilitative exercise with no impact on your joints and it’s Ideal for arthritics.
