After spending years basically sedentary, I realized that I needed to do something to protect my health. I really took a personal inventory of my time and my health, and before I knew it, things became clear. I realized that if I wanted to live for very much longer, I needed to start moving around. I talked to my doctor about what to do first, and he recommended daily exercise. It was incredible to see how much of a difference moving daily made, and I started to feel a lot better.
